1. Enter Your TradingView Username:
On the purchasing page, you will be asked to provide your TradingView username. Make sure you enter it correctly to ensure a smooth setup process.
2. Purchase a Monthly Plan:
Select and purchase the monthly plan that suits your needs. Our plans are designed to offer comprehensive support and access to our exclusive indicator.
3. Payment Confirmation:
Once your payment is successfully processed, we will begin the process of granting you access to ChartChimpz Plus indicator bundle.
4. Accessing ChartChimpz Plus :
After your purchase, you should find the ChartChimpz Plus indicators in your "invite-only scripts" section on TradingView. This is where all your exclusive tools will be located.

Please Note: It could take up to 4 hours for your TradingView username to be granted access after payment confirmation. We appreciate your patience during this setup phase.

Our indicators are designed to operate across every market featured on TradingView, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex and commodities, and are compatible with all timeframes, ranging from 1 minute (1m), 5 minutes (5m), 15 minutes (15m), 1 hour (1h), 4 hours (4h), to 1 day (1d), among others.

Our paid plan comes with special tools that you can only use on TradingView, a free website for looking at charts. You can make trades on any platform you like using the information from these charts in real time.

Definitely not. No indicator, algorithm, system, or strategy can guarantee you the ability to predict market movements with with a guaranteed % accuracy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by yourself through your member log-in. Or send us an email to info@chartchimpz.com with your request and we will process it the same day.

If you ever change your Tradingview username, you will unknowingly break the connection and lose access to ChartChimpz. Please go to your account settings and change it there.

TradingView is a social network for traders and investors across the financial world. The best feature of TradingView is its interactive financial charts which can be used for analysis and generating trading ideas. Any asset can be analysed with a library of advanced tools and indicators, all totally free. If you subscribe to the paid version of TradingView you get additional features such as the seconds chart and split chart features, but a paid subscription to TradingView is not required to use ChartChimpz.

You will have to create a free account with TradingView to be able to access ChartChimpz. Have your TradingView username ready for when you purchase ChartChimpz.

Assuming you are signed in to TradingView already, your username can be found directly to the right of the search bar on the TradingView homepage as well as in your account info. We do not need the email that you signed up for TradingView with. The username is the only information we need from TradingView to be able to grant your account access.

Before your subscription ends you will receive email reminders to renew your service. Once your subscription runs out you will lose access to ChartChimpz - Trading Toolkit on your TradingView account. You will be notified of this by email. You can upgrade or renew your service any time through your Account page.

Make sure that you have deleted all indicators and reset all charts before logging in to the TradingView account with the username you provided when you purchased ChartChimpz. Navigate to the Indicators & Strategies Library and find the folder “invite-only scripts.” In this folder you will see ChartChimpz Indicators. If you purchase ChartChimpz and do not see the “invite-only scripts” folder or the indicators, you may be logged into the wrong account or you may have misspelled your TradingView username when you signed up with us. Edit your TradingView name in your account settings on our website to automatically update your TradingView name in our system. If you are still having trouble, get in touch with us at the bottom of this page. Be aware, after your purchase it may take a few hours before ChartChimpz plus indicators will be visible.
